Welcome to the Official Web Portal of the Kuala Lumpur Court (MKL). Alhamdulillah, with the utmost gratitude to Allah SWT for all his abundance and grace, I am able to honor a word or two for all the visitors of the MKL Official Web Portal that I respect.

In line with MKL’s Client’s Charter which is to provide FRIENDLY, TRUSTWORTHY and EFFICIENT COUNTER and other services together with the development of technology in today’s judiciary, MKL does not lag behind in driving the vision and mission of the Malaysian Judiciary to become a competent Judiciary based on progress of technology by 2025. This is by optimizing the use of technology to improve access to justice through this Official Web Portal being the main medium to deliver information for programs or activities organized in MKL.

Through this channel, stakeholders now have access to various applications such as access to judgment grounds for cases that have been decided, access to cause lists for courts that use eKehakiman applications like the Court Management System (CMS), eLelong, e-Court Finance, eFiling System (EFS), the Commissioner for Oaths system, the e-Complaint system, and the e-Visit system. I hope that this Official Portal of the KL High Court (MKL) will be beneficial to the MKL community, government and private agencies, lawyers, and the public. Visitors also have the opportunity to submit suggestions to MKL through the Public Complaint Management System (SisPA) that has been provided. I warmly welcome any suggestions that can enhance and strengthen the content on this Official MKL Portal.
